Pre-Birth Acupuncture has been found to reduce average labor time, decrease the need for intervention, and affect cortisol levels of your baby. We offer a series of 5 visits scheduled between weeks 35–40, and a series of 4 visits for Natural Labor Induction once a woman is full term at 40 weeks. We strongly encourage starting acupuncture at week 35 if you're looking to avoid interventions. For breastfeeding, we have lots of good tips and resources for increasing low supply, freeing blocked ducts, and treating mastitis naturally.

Moxa is a plant that is used as a heat source to stimulate acupuncture points. The moxa brings deep penetrating warmth to areas of chronic and acute pain and poor circulation. It can relieve digestive and menstrual cramping. We frequently use Moxa for Breech and Moxa to Stop Irregular Uterine Bleeding.
Cupping
Cupping is the use of small glass cups that are applied using suction. This increases blood flow to a very localized area and alerts the body to release toxins and free up pain triggers. It is immediately effective and patients often exclaim that they feel like they've had a deep tissue massage. The benefits far outweigh the temporary cosmetic inconvenience.
