Early Labor Tea Infusion

A delicious tea infusion recipe was shared with us by a Mama who’s been through several rounds of early labor.  This is a very internal time for most women as they wait and prepare for physical exertion ahead. Many women clean, read, shower, listen to music, and if you’re so inspired- make a cup of tea to help move things along!

Early Labor Tea Infusion

Ingredients and Benefits of Tea Infusion:

Mix the juice of two grapefruits, a cinnamon stick, a ¾ tablespoon of juniper berries, and two tablespoons of honey. Steep in 2 cups of boiling water for five minutes. The juniper berries help to stimulate the uterus, the grapefruit is packed with vitamin C and can help with nausea, and the honey will give you some extra energy.
